Hi, I’m Steve Buÿs - a voice actor with a warm, deep, and soothing tone that brings storytelling to life.Originally from South Africa and now based in New Zealand, I offer a naturally rich accent with the ability to switch to a polished British delivery when needed. Whether it’s a heartfelt audiobook, a grounded corporate narration, or a compelling character voice, I approach every project with clarity, care, and emotional depth.My voiceover training comes from Edge Studio, and I’ve also honed my craft through screen acting at the Bay of Plenty Acting Studio and public speaking with Toastmasters. On stage, I’ve performed in productions at the Rose Theater (Auckland), Detour Theater (Tauranga), and Te Puke Repertory Society, and I currently perform improv with the Honest Liars in Tauranga.Now building my professional portfolio, I bring both classical training and creative spontaneity to the mic.
